Two stands, one developer
Diriyah took two island plots at Cityscape Global 2025, one for Diriyah Living and one for Diriyah Business. Each was 16 × 39 m (624 m²) with a 200 m² mezzanine. The design combined heritage-inspired facades and screens with modern sales and meeting spaces.
Double-deck stands, approved and built
A mezzanine needs structural drawings, load calculations and the organiser's double-deck approval before the build starts. Our engineers prepare the submissions and our crew handled fabrication and installation on site at Malham.

Yes. Structural drawings, power loads, rigging requests, height and double-deck approvals and health and safety files are part of every stand we build.
How early should we brief you for a stand?
For a custom stand over 200 m², 10 to 12 weeks before the show gives time for design, organiser approvals and a full build. Smaller stands can run in 6 to 8 weeks. We have delivered faster; it costs more.
