Defence stands are different
A defence stand carries scale models, secure meeting rooms and a steady flow of official delegations. It is built to the exhibitor's global brand standards and has to pass the organiser's approvals for structure, power and height.
Our World Defense Show record
Lockheed Martin's stand grew from 270 m² in 2022 to 396 m² in 2024, then 336 m² in 2026. For the Republic of Belarus we built a national pavilion across two 120 m² plots in 2022. In 2024 Mobily Business presented its defence and government solutions on a 532 m² stand with private meeting space for delegations. All were built at the Riyadh Exhibition & Convention Center in Malham.

How early should we brief you for a stand?
For a custom stand over 200 m², 10 to 12 weeks before the show gives time for design, organiser approvals and a full build. Smaller stands can run in 6 to 8 weeks. We have delivered faster; it costs more.
Do you handle organiser and venue approvals?
Yes. Structural drawings, power loads, rigging requests, height and double-deck approvals and health and safety files are part of every stand we build.
Can you build a national pavilion?
Yes. A national pavilion hosts many exhibitors under one identity. For the Republic of Belarus at World Defense Show 2022 we built a consistent pavilion across two plots with shared branding and meeting space.
